Highland Peak is located in the Morgan Territory area of Contra Costa County.
There are three sites. One of these sites hosts two older microwave horns whose
former operator/owner was GTE/Sprint. The site is
currently owned by Carrier Communications and hosts the microwave network for
WAPA (Western Area Power Authority).
The antennas are manufactured by Gabriel Electronics and are called "The Horn." They are TH-10 antennas.
